▌01 Company Profile

Hunan University Design Institute Co., Ltd. (afterwards referred to as the Institute) is a state-owned high-tech enterprise established in 1978 after the restructuring of Hunan University Design Institute. It is a Grade A institute relying on the advantages of civil engineering and other disciplines of Hunan University and with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It has the Grade A qualifications of engineering consulting grade, architectural design, urban and rural planning, municipal engineering roads, bridge and tunnel design, landscape design, and construction drawing review. It also has the Grade B qualification in survey and design for cultural relics protection, tourism planning, water supply and drainage design, environmental engineering design, highway design, engineering survey, etc. Moreover, the Institute has the ability to general project contracting, project management consulting, project construction and related technical and management services corresponding to qualifications.

Hunan University Design Institute has more than 500 professional and part-time technical and management personnel, including more than 200 registered personnel, such as registered architects, planners, professional engineers, and other personnel with the title of professor and senior engineer. In the Institute there are more than 100 teachers who can work part-time in design with the consent of the Ministry of Education.
