1)Company Profile


DR. Home is a subsidiary of Beijing DR.HOME Technology Co., Ltd. It is a cloud service provider that promotes energy-saving and earthquake-resistant villas through the Internet e-commerce model. A month later after founded by Mr. Liu DR.HOME in June 2015, it won the joint angel investment worth RMB100 million yuan. The DR.HOME team hopes to promote the energy security and quality of China's vast rural towns and suburbs by promoting the energy-saving and earthquake-resistant self-built villa business through the Internet e-commerce model, and to change the rapid depreciation of traditional brick houses in rural areas which causes serious waste of resources.DR.HOME upholds the cultural concept of taking home as the core and bringing love home. This is the most determined mission of the DR.HOME team.


On July 6, 2015, DR. HOME officially established DR. HOME——Assistance Group in China which extended to 15 WeChat Group in just 7 days with more than 5,000 participation and 100 qualified managers. In the future, DR. HOME will establish such Assistance Group at provincial, city and county-level throughout the country. It is expected that the number of participants will exceed 100,000. The mobile e-commerce platform of DR. Clothing, food, housing and transportation are the four most basic demands of the Chinese people. As the garment industry has experienced rapid development, it is easy for Chinese people to purchase clothing products that suit them. After the food industry have repeatedly revealed grave potential safety hazards, food safety has attracted the attention of the Chinese. The vast rural towns and villages have a large amount of self-supply of indigenous foods. The original ecological and healthy diet of rural towns and villages are admired by urban residents. After several rounds of government-led investment in stimulating domestic demand, the road transportation in many rural townships and villages has been greatly improved . The development of the automobile industry and the subsidies for rural people buying automobiles have made travelling very convenient for ordinary rural residents. However, the housing quality of the majority of rural residents is still very poor. The common people are still using very backward clay bricks to build houses. They are not earthquake-resistant, have poor rainproof and heat insulation performance. Even worse, the fired bricks are enormously harmful to the local environment. In many places, the clay bricks in use containing excessive toxic elements such as sulfur and heavy metals, which also seriously threatens the lives of ordinary people.


 The huge casualties and property losses caused by the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan after the Tangshan earthquake have become a permanent pain for the Chinese. The scene of the earthquake-stricken area was terrible. The huge disaster caused by the following Yushu earthquake in Gansu, the Ya’an earthquake in Sichuan and the Ludian earthquake in Yunnan have aroused the strong desire of the government and the people for the earthquake-resistant houses.


The persistent PM2.5 and urban haze have aroused many Chinese people's serious concerns about the continued deterioration of the environment, and has also stimulated the Chinese people's yearning and pursuit of rural ecological living environment.
